Paella with sea cocktail
I represent to Your attention the national Spanish dish, very tasty and also quite easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    125 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    430 ml

  • Saffron

  • Herring

    200 g

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Parsley

Cooking

For paella I used the rice Mistral Jasmine. Half of onion finely chop.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. Add pepper and garlic, saute about 2 min.

Add to the pan the rice and mix well.

Pour in the stock,

Add a pinch of saffron and stir.

Bring stock to a boil and lower the heat to a minimum. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes, until it becomes soft. If necessary, add the broth. The rice during cooking I stirred.

Add the rice pre-thawed seafood cocktail and lemon juice, stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
