Cake with semolina
Honey cake with semolina TM "Mistral", nuts and honey - perfect for a cosy family tea party!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Semolina

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 handful

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Butter (100 gr.) melt, cool, add milk, sour cream, beat well.

In the resulting mass to enter the half Cup of sugar and whisk.

Add the semolina"TM "Mistral", sifted with the baking powder and flour, knead the dough.

Round shape with a diameter of 23 cm to grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour. In the form put the dough, sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 40 minutes.

To make the sauce. In a skillet with high sides, mix the butter (50 gr.), lemon juice, honey and remaining sugar, put on low heat, cook until the sugar is dissolved.

The finished cake remove from the oven, make a few punctures with a knife without removing from the mold. Pour the sauce to cool in the form.
