Chicken in nut-butter coating
Chicken in a Golden crust under a layer of peanuts... chicken is easy to prepare and has a rather unusual taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Peanuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Prepare the breading. Nuts fry, stirring constantly, on a dry heated pan for about 4 minutes. Let cool and chop.

Sugar, mix with yogurt, heat in the microwave 30 seconds to dissolve the sugar. Stir in the nuts, stir, cook for another 2 minutes. Add butter, mix thoroughly. Allow it to cool.

Chicken wash, dry. Carefully RUB with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken on all sides with the cooked batter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 40 minutes. If necessary, cover with foil.
