Roast recipes a lot. But, I liked this one. Due to the fact that all the products are initially prepared separately, so the result does not turn everything to mush. In addition, this roast I cooked in the common pot, not pots. And not doing it in the oven and on the stove. Taste no worse. Using various spices it can be made exclusively to Your taste.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

  • Chili

  • Paprika sweet

  • A mixture of spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Tomato paste

    3 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

If you take a classic recipe hot, it is cooked in a pot and in the oven. I'm using a saucepan with a thick bottom. In a heated pan in small amount of vegetable oil fry the meat until brown. At the end of roasting add the soy sauce and fry some more. The sauce gives the meat a beautiful color, taste and aroma.

Separately in a pan fry the carrots. All the ingredients fry on high heat briefly.

Separately in a pan fry the onion.

Separately in a pan fry chopped big slices potatoes to a crisp.

In the pot with the meat put the carrot, onion and potatoes. Also add Bay leaf, allspice, chili pepper, paprika, a mix of white roots and fennel.

Mix everything. Add water to dilute it with tomato paste. A little water, about 1, 5 cups.

Put everything on a slow fire and stew until ready. At the end of cooking add salt and garlic to taste.
