I love pot dishes! Recently I found a wonderful pot in which to cook a meal for the whole family. The pot was undeservedly forgotten by me and hidden in the bowels of the pantry. But as it turned out, a very good reason! The pot is just magical, everything about it is so delicious and also pleasing to the point that you can simultaneously cook and the first and second dish. Well, that loaded the pot into the oven and forgot about it, you don't need to mix, pour and watch, that not burnt. Welcome!

Spread on top of sour cream, add a little boiling water. Guided by their own tastes, I poured boiling water almost to the level of the cucumbers. Cover with a lid and put in the oven 180-190 degrees for 1.5 hours.
