Cooking
To start, boil coffee, and cools it
Eggs, beat with a mixer with brown sugar "Mistral" until fluffy mass
Continuing to whisk, add coffee
Add flour and stir with a whisk until smooth
Now add cocoa, vanilla and baking powder and knead well
Pour the dough in a greased form
Have apples cut out the Central part (leave it for decoration), apples, cut into wedges
Spread apples on the dough
