Apple Pie
Classic Charlotte recipe with a new twist! Will add coffee and chocolate flavors? This is sooo yummy, try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Coffee natural

    70 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Butter

  • Brown sugar

  • Apple

Cooking

To start, boil coffee, and cools it

Eggs, beat with a mixer with brown sugar "Mistral" until fluffy mass

Now add cocoa, vanilla and baking powder and knead well

Put the pie in heated to 160 degree oven. Bake until dry matches

For decoration on the pan put the butter and once it melts, add sugar. It is best to take brown sugar.

As soon as the sugar will start to get caramelized - Apple put the middle of it with a light fry them on both sides. Put on a plate and let cool
