In my house almost never chops, I don't like the method of cooking - roasting. But very often I baked in the oven different "Meat loaf". Variants I have a lot... Meat loaf with "trees". In my menu the dish with the same name :-) Actually, it's called "Meat loaf with broccoli", and the second, more interesting, the name he gave my sons. Because the cut of the broccoli resembles the shape of the tree :-) Here they are, I observant. And if in the soup, I add broccoli, then soup, too, with "trees" :-)

Cooking
In a saucepan, add some water, bring it to a boil, put the broccoli florets and cook in boiling not more than 3 minutes. Then drain in a colander and cool. Meanwhile, the meat, consisting of beef and pork (50/50), combine with chopped onions, garlic, egg, salt, pepper and the diced capsicum. All thoroughly kneaded.
Take a refractory form of "brick" lubricated with vegetable oil or butter and sprinkle with semolina. On the bottom of the form put 1/3 of the meat. On top of meat close to each other in a straight line lay out the cooked and chilled broccoli florets. Attention! The buds put in upside down.
Then gently round broccoli with minced meat on the side. Cover the remaining stuffing on top of everything, align and "smoothed" with wet hands. We put our meat loaf in the oven, preheated to 180*C and bake until the meat is cooked.
Get the form from the oven, allow to cool slightly. Take the dish of suitable size, cover the top of the form and using oven mitts turn the meat loaf onto a plate.
Cut the meat bread pieces and admiring the "beauty" in the center. My boys really liked :-)
