Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop and sauté with butter until soft.
Shrimp wash, peel, cut into small pieces (or use small shrimp), add to the onions and cook till pink. Shrimp prepared very quickly.
Pepper wash, cut in half, remove the seeds and white baffle.
Shift shrimp with onions in a bowl, add soy sauce, eggs and cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
Mix well and put into halves of peppers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 175С (350F) oven for about 30 minutes.
