Description
These muffins remind me of mini quiches. Biscuit dough is combined with curd and Apple jam. And to surprise the guests with an interesting presentation of the usual cupcakes.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins are put away in the fridge. Carefully RUB the yolks with cane sugar TM "Mistral". Then cut pieces of butter and add to the yolks. beat with a mixer.
In the dough add flour mixed with baking powder. Stir with a wooden spatula. Whisk with a pinch of salt the egg whites until stiff. Whites added to the batter and stir until smooth.
Pour the dough into silicone molds and put in preheated oven.
The cupcakes bake for 30-45 minutes depending on the oven at 180-200 degrees. Willingness to check with a dry match. Finished cakes cool and cut with a knife into 4 parts.
Mix the cottage cheese with cane sugar and jelly. If not homemade jelly, then add sour cream. Mix well.
Add the poppy seeds and stir.
Each layer lubricates curd.
On the last layer put some Apple butter.
The top is also lubricated with cream cheese and decorate with the Apple jam and poppy seeds. Puff cupcakes are ready! Bon appetit!
