Description

Carp baked with tomatoes and vegetables
Delicious, wonderfully juicy and soft fish. Very flavorful and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Buckwheat flour

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Fish cut into steaks and coat each piece with spices

Crumble in buckwheat flour

And put fry on both sides with 1 tbsp olive oil, for 3-5 min.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot RUB on a grater and put to stew on medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil, as needed to pour some water and simmer for 10 minutes

Tomato and bell pepper cut into medium cubes and put to stew the carrots and onions for 5-7 min.

Add chopped greens, 2 tbsp tomato paste, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp of vinegar, stir, add a glass of boiled water

Leave to stew until boiling sauce

Half of the sauce put in a baking dish

On top lay the remains of the sauce and bake it in the oven for 20 min.
