Cooking

step-0
First prepare the marinade for the duck. Herbs I picked and dried for my taste - marjoram, oregano and rosemary. Honey liquid.
step-1
Soy sauce, olive oil, honey, herbs and mustard (I have wasabi).
step-2
Our smear the duck inside and out, leave to marinate for about two hours. Two hours later pinned the skin of the duck with a knife and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven bake for 20 minutes breast up.
step-3
Onions coarsely chop, garlic peel and leave whole segments; if in the form of a duck formed a lot of fat, drain, leaving just 2 cm.
step-4
Put in the form of cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, onions, garlic and apples, cut into quarters (apples can not put, then the amount of dried fruit increase twice). My husband is not a duck without apples, so we only cook with them. All mix gently, to cover with a thin layer of fat.
step-5
Pour in the wine, close tightly form foil to have a place to generate steam. And return to the oven. If you have a duck carcass, approximately two hours. If you cut the right portions, then bake no more than an hour.
step-6
When the duck is ready, remove the foil.
step-7
And bake the duck under the grill until Golden brown.
step-8
Serve the duck with rice, cous-cous, put it on apples and dried fruit, watering sauce. Today we have a side dish of wide rice noodles.
