Cooking
To prepare the products.
Prunes pre-soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
Onion minced, meat cut into cubes, season with a little salt and pepper. Mushrooms cut into slices. With prunes to drain the water and cut it into strips. Eggs and cucumber RUB on a coarse grater. With a cucumber squeeze out excess juice.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onions until light brown colour.
Season with salt and pepper and fry until ready. The juice should evaporate. Cool.
On a flat dish put the prunes. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
Then spread the cooled mushrooms with the onions.
Lay the meat on top and again apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
Evenly distribute the eggs. On top of the eggs to cause the mesh a bit thicker.
From top to distribute the cucumbers.
