Savory crepes with cheese filling. A great hearty Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

  • Nutmeg

  • Turmeric

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Cooking

First, prepare the filling. Cheese to grate, dill wash and cut. Walnuts if possible, clean from the films and grind into crumbs. Mix all the ingredients.

Prepare the dough for pancakes, mix all the liquid ingredients. Then add the spices, salt and sugar. Introduce the flour.
