Buckwheat boil in 1 Cup of water ( until incomplete readiness), onion cut into half rings, carrot julienne and chop a couple of cloves of garlic and fry all the vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Then buckwheat and vegetables mix, this will be our filling.
Make sour cream sauce: in sour cream to squeeze out the remaining garlic, salt and pepper.
Chicken rinsed, remove any excess inside the chicken. The chicken sprinkle with salt and pepper, then inside the chicken grease with a little cream sauce and stuffed with chicken filling.
Smear the chicken with the sauce on top and put in oven for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 180 gr.
