Rice with poached egg with tomato sauce
An easy dish that is perfect for Breakfast. And if you still have yesterday's rice, the cooking will not take you much time.

Ingredients

Boil the rice in salted water until tender. And spread even layer in the baking dish. Rice can be anything, I used kruglozerny.

For the sauce, finely chop garlic and onion. In a pan, fry in vegetable oil.
