Mackerel with green peas
Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya. Tender, delicious mackerel in tomato sauce with green peas. To prepare this dish you do not need a lot of time.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Clean the fish, rinse and cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Onion cut into half rings

In skillet, heat butter and oil and fry lightly the onion. Put in sauce pan with fried onions fish and fry it for 1-2 minutes on each side, then add green peas, parsley

Fish pour the tomato sauce and cook on slow fire under a cover until ready.
