The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Еленка77 called "Salad "Liver and K"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The salad is very simple and cooks very quickly.

Cooking
Chop onions, carrots grate on a coarse grater (who has a grater for carrots in Korean, it is better to use it).
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Liver wash, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Onions, carrots, and liver fry in vegetable oil until tender (salt and pepper to taste).
Liver shift in the salad bowl (to give a little to cool), add the pickled cucumber and green peas.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, to decorate. And that's all. Bon appetit. In derogation from prescription offer refills, which is very suitable for this salad, and I like it better than mayonnaise. Mix 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Try it!
