Cheese muffins with pumpkin and chicken liver
Very tasty and easy to prepare muffins stuffed with chicken liver, figs and pumpkins. A good option of eateries muffin, served either warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken liver

    150 g

  • Pumpkin

    50 g

  • Figs

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

A delicious combination based fillings muffin: pumpkin+chicken liver+Fig.

First prepare the dough. To do this, whisk the egg for 1-2 minutes. Then add the yogurt and stir, then sunflower oil (my IDEAL).

Add the cheese and stir.

Add sour cream and semolina, stir. Now move to making filling.

Chicken liver boil in salted water and pass through a meat grinder.

Boil the pumpkin, figs (leave some figs for garnish) and the pumpkin, mince and add to the liver. Add the egg, nutmeg and salt to taste.

Then add to the dough the flour with the baking powder and mix well. The dough is ready.

Tins greased with sunflower oil. At the bottom of the molds pour half a tablespoon of the dough, then put the "ball" of the filling and pour on top of dough. Also to deal with the rest.

Decorate top of muffins with figs and sesame seeds. Put in preheated oven and bake at 180-200 degrees until Golden brown. Served with the first dish or tea.
