Buckwheat porridge with beans in a pot
Porridge turns crumbly, rich and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Broth

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onions and pickled cucumbers cut into half rings, mushrooms - sliced.

Fry the onions until Golden brown, add the pickles, pour the tomato sauce from the beans. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and beans, simmer for another 5 minutes.

Buckwheat to sort, wash.

Mix with steamed vegetables.

Put the porridge in the pot. Half-fill.

Vegetable broth or water to reheat, season with spices (if necessary) and pour into the pots, covering the cereal for 2-3 cm.
