Easy pasta with mushrooms and olives
This pasta option for those who are watching their figure, but loves pasta. This, of course, still not a low calorie dish, but better than pasta in 1000 kcal per serving. Around 400 kcal/serving

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Black olives

  • Olive oil

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Spaghetti

    150 g

1. Boil water for spaghetti. Stir in macaroni. Mushrooms cut into slices (or just get canned, I took from the jar). Fry in olive oil.

2. Slice the tomatoes and olives.

3. Add the tomatoes and olives to the mushrooms.

4. Pour the cream or milk. Add Basil and cumin. Can be a mixture of Italian herbs. Simmer a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. When spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to sauce. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
