Rice with vegetables
Riso con verdure, translated simply "rice with vegetables". It can be served as a side dish or a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • A bouillon cube

    0.5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots to RUB on grains grater, onion chopped.

The rice is put to boil and when the water boils, add half of the mushroom dice.

Carrots and onions fry in butter, season with salt lightly and pepper.

When vegetables are slightly browned add lobi to put out. Add mayonnaise and a pinch of seasoning "Provence herbs" (gives you flavor)!

When the rice and vegetables will be ready, in a frying pan put the rice and tomato paste. Mix well, pour a little boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Then remove the cover and evaporate the liquid until smooth rice-vegetable mass.

Serve the dish sprinkled with cheese and canned corn.
