Cooking
In a bowl, combine milk, orange juice and bran.
Keep it for 15-20 minutes.
Prunes wash and pour boiling water (100 C) and leave for 10 minutes.
When the prunes will swell, beat in a blender to puree along with the water in which it was soaked, adding the sugar.
Beat egg whites in a solid foam.
Add in milk with bran, honey, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and beaten egg whites, stir.
Add the mashed prunes and grated Apple, stir.
Spread the batter in the form, I have silicone, I am no oiled and put into the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 C. the Finished cake was allowed to cool, decorate with powdered sugar and brown sugar, cut into slices and enjoy! Bon appétit!!!
