Cooking
Soak the cherries in cognac.
Knead the dough. Mix all dry ingredients, mix all wet ingredients, combine both mixtures. Add the (squeezed) cherry and marzipan. Mix well. Put the dough in molds. Bake for 20 mins at 180*C
These muffins turns almost perfectly flat top and they are easy to decorate with icing. Sour cream boil until thick, add sugar, cocoa and butter. Mix thoroughly. Again boil until thick. The frosting is ready.
Cover the muffins with icing and decorate. All a happy new year!!!
