It is known that kidney bean is a source of vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, macro - and micronutrients (especially copper, zinc, potassium). Part of beans have a lot of iron. That's why in my family, here is a great dish. Baked beans "Mistral" with pork.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    450 g

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Dill

    20 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

Cook beans "Mistral", as stated on the label in the pot. Pan fry the pork, cut into strips, add the onions. Then tomato paste 2 tbsp, add water, after 10 minutes, add carrots

After 15 minutes add the chopped pepper. Cook another 10 minutes

Pour into the pan ready beans with liquid, add 1 tsp of adjika. Stir. Cook 10 minutes. At the very end add chopped dill and parsley. If impatient, eat, if you have the willpower, wait 5-10 minutes and start eating.
