McHale of cabbage
This dish of Georgian cuisine I love. The combination of cabbage and walnuts I like. McHale do and other types of cabbage and beet leaves. I propose a variant of cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

    2 tsp

  • Utsho-suneli

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

Cooking

Cabbage cut into quarters and boiled in water. As cook, stayed out of the water and cooled.

Take the cabbage in small pieces and squeeze the water. Should look like the photo.

I take the following spices: turmeric, hops suneli, utsho-suneli, garlic and vinegar. Who likes to go for the gusto, you can still and red pepper to add.

Take 1 Cup of walnuts.

Grind nuts in a food processor. You can on the grinder to spin it.

Add spices. Turmeric for yellow colour, hops and Ocho and salt to taste and vinegar - so nuts not dark. I squeeze the garlic through chesnokodavilku all mixed together.

In the walnut mass add cabbage and mix all. Who likes to go for the gusto, add the red pepper.

Here is the finished dish. I don't do McHale balls and so I put on the plate.
