Green beans with meat balls
Broken refrigerator, I had to quickly use products from the freezer. We have this dish everyday, but very tasty and satisfying. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    30 g

Cooking

Onions finely chop, combine it with egg and minced pork (I got pork), salt to taste.

Pour the beans into the pan with vegetable oil. Simmer on low heat, covered for 10-12 minutes.

From stuffing make small balls, put them in the pan with the beans. Stew under cover another 10 minutes, carefully turning.

Add sour cream, salt to taste, simmer 5 min.

Greens finely chop, the garlic, grate on a grater, add to beans and simmer for another 5 minutes under the lid.

When serving you can sprinkle with grated cheese. Bon appetit.
