Grandmother carrot
Ready carrot Babka should be a bright green color with a pleasant smell and good taste. recipe taken from the Book about tasty and healthy food. 1961

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Take 0.5 cups warm water (I took the milk - it was home a lot and I decided that the dough with milk will not spoil!), dilute yeast in it

Peel the carrot, cut, blend it in a blender.

Add the flour - 1 Cup. Mix everything and put in a warm place to rise. The flour must always be sifted.

To remove the zest from 1 lemon.

Soften the butter (I softened in the microwave).

Butter and vanilla mix everything.

Pour the remaining flour.

Knead and put to secondary recovery.
