Cooking
Take 0.5 cups warm water (I took the milk - it was home a lot and I decided that the dough with milk will not spoil!), dilute yeast in it
Peel the carrot, cut, blend it in a blender.
Add the flour - 1 Cup. Mix everything and put in a warm place to rise. The flour must always be sifted.
To remove the zest from 1 lemon.
Soften the butter (I softened in the microwave).
Add to the mixture the lemon zest.
Butter and vanilla mix everything.
Pour the remaining flour.
Knead and put to secondary recovery.
Rising put the dough in the form greased with oil.
Cover (I cover fit, you can just put a towel), allow to stand for 10 more minutes.
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
