Description
Tender fish fillet with vegetables! Will appeal even to those who don't like fish! Thank you to the wonderful chef Nina Niksya the idea of cooking fish. And also for the wonderful dishes! I changed the recipe according to their taste preferences and added something from myself, it turned out just fine. I hope You will like it!

Cooking
So, the fish cut into serving pieces. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings.
Prepare the marinade. Cut onion, dill, parsley, Basil not very finely. Cut into small pieces lemon, pour in the coconut milk and mix well.
Put the fillets in a convenient serving dish and pour the marinade, cover and leave for 2-4 hours to marinate.
As fish is marinated, roll each piece in flour and fry in olive oil until Golden brown. Not long, couple minutes on each side. Spread on a plate and set aside.
Now for the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, julienne the bell pepper, dice tomatoes. First fry the onion with the pepper.
After add the tomatoes and the ketchup, soy sauce. Add salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings (ketchup can be replaced with tomato sauce). Stew for 5 minutes.
Next pour in the coconut milk and finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill, Basil). Stir and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Spread the vegetables in our fish, cover with a lid and leave on a small fire for 10 minutes. See if you have a large fillet, you may need time to increase to full cooking of the fish.
Serve with Your favorite side dish or a delicious vegetable salad. Don't forget the glass of cold white wine! Have a nice dinner!
