The parents of a young man bred rabbits and I must have tried almost all methods of cooking. This recipe is one of my favorites. Lovers of combinations of meat and vegetables dedicated!

Cooking
The rabbit pieces, fry in butter 5 minutes. Salt, pepper. Pour half a Cup of water or broth. Bring to the boil and cover it.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Carrots three on a coarse grater, chop the onion and garlic. Clean the tomatoes, finely chop (juice drained is not necessary). Add a little dill.
When the water boils away, fill it with carrots, onions and garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Fill our tomatoes with juice. And half a Cup of water or broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Fill sliced (as you like) potatoes. Potseluem. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sliced orange. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. The dish is ready!
The rabbit smelled so delicious that my Sobakevich almost all the time sat next to me on the stool :)
