Warm salad with fern
The recipe was actually born on the move. The dish, in my opinion, and estimates that home, it turned out easy, interesting and satisfying to the taste. And - attention! - only about 330 calories per serving (I counted :) )

Ingredients

  • Fern

    100 g

  • Fish

    80 g

  • Corn

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

(Unfortunately, all step-by-step photos I have) so, let's begin: cut the fern. Cut pre-cooked fish. I cooked in a little salted water with a few drops of lemon juice and spices - black pepper, cloves, cumin.

Sent fern into the hot oil pan. A few minutes later, throw back fish. That such a thing is impossible

Divide hissing in a mixture of egg and when the egg white turn white, add the corn.

A minute later our obscenely easy dish is ready. Decorate to taste with sesame seeds or nuts and enjoy! ;)
