Wash the meat and RUB with salt and pepper. Season with thyme. In a skillet in vegetable oil fry the onion. Sprinkle it with flour and sauté 1 minute. At constant stirring pour in the wine, broth and cream. Add a spoonful of tomato paste, simmer sauce 5 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Put the chicken, then the sliced potatoes on the sides, lubricating through the three layers of mayonnaise and put a layer of the onion.
Then pour all the sauce, put the cauliflower, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 50-55 mins Bon appetit!
