Chicken hearts in honey-ginger marinade
Very tasty, and at the same time, fairly simple dish.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    800 g

  • Pepper

  • Red onion

  • Garlic

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Ginger

    3 tsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

Mix ingredients for marinade with spices. The washed and cleaned hearts mix with marinade, red onion cut into thin half-rings, garlic press out, mix everything and put them in the cold for at least an hour, even at night, depending on how much time you have.

While hearts are marinated, cut bell peppers and fry in olive oil until Golden brown.
