Mix ingredients for marinade with spices. The washed and cleaned hearts mix with marinade, red onion cut into thin half-rings, garlic press out, mix everything and put them in the cold for at least an hour, even at night, depending on how much time you have.
While hearts are marinated, cut bell peppers and fry in olive oil until Golden brown.
When the heart is marinated, with a skimmer and spread on a pan, not to get plenty of fluids, and over high heat, stirring constantly, fry for 15 minutes.
Cut the celery into small cubes, mix in bowl pepper, and celery, add the hearts.
