Meat
Learned this recipe from my father-in-law, preparing for guests, the meat is very tender.

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Sauce

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the meat into slices thickness of 2 cm, pepper and salt on both sides. In a pan heat the oil and fry the meat on both sides for 1 minute. The meat is removed and put aside.

Carrots and onions coarsely chop and fry in the same oil where the meat was. Garlic clean, a little pressure on him with a knife, add to the vegetables and fry for 1 min.

Put the meat to the vegetables, put on top the beans. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer with the lid on for 1.5 hours.
