Pear cake yeast
Yeast dough is not particularly popular, it seems to much complicated and lengthy to prepare. I used to be terribly afraid of him, the kneading process seemed to me to be something transcendent, but once tried it and literally fell in love. After all, the yeast dough is very economical, tasty, soft and it is possible to prepare a huge number of all sorts of Goodies. The secret of success - a quality yeast and a good mood! The dough beech does not like ))) so here's my recipe for a pear flavored cake-based dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Knead dough yeast dough. Here is your option: mix the yeast with the flour, add the egg, sugar, salt, water (milk) at the end of kneading add the melted and cooled butter (you can substitute vegetable), stir the mixture until then, until the dough no longer stick to hands and utensils (for me it takes max 5-10 minutes). The dishes with the dough cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise when its volume increases two times, obtinem and leave to re-rise. The second time came, obtinem and the dough is ready.

Take two solid pear cut, remove seeds, cut into medium pieces. Attention!!! The skin is not cut, unless, of course, she's not spoiled.

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I in the absence of such use an old frying pan, I have never been let down.

Divide the dough into two balls. First roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm in diameter and figure out a bit more of our form. Lay out in her dough.
