Baked potatoes with mint-yogurt sauce
Baked potatoes with a nice brown crust, seasoned sauce with green onions, parsley and mint.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    0.25 cup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

Wash the potatoes, cut into quarters. Put in a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven at 180-200*C until Golden brown, about 30 minutes.

For the sauce mix mayonnaise, yogurt, green onions and lemon juice.

Baked potatoes out of the oven. Add parsley and mint, serve with sauce. The dish can be served both hot or cold; it is preferable to lamb.
