I wanted to post an Italian recipe for veal Shin, but so wanted the braised cabbage. Had to combine and get a delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    3 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    1 cup

  • Green olives

    20 piece

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

Wanted to warn you that I cooked in the pot-the pressure cooker. Wash and drain the sliced bone shanks.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry lightly in a little olive oil.

Then place the meat in fried and in turn fried it on both sides.

Add the olives, capers, a little water and close the pressure cooker. I cooked about 1 hour.
