Unusual and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Butter

  • Bread

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 pack

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato juice

    1 l

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cleaned and washed potatoes cut into wedges and lightly fry in butter.

Onion cut half rings and fry in vegetable oil along with chopped tomatoes.

Fish fillet cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder, connecting with soaked in milk bread, fried onions and tomatoes, and again pass through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and all mix thoroughly.

From the fish mass will form balls (meatballs), zapadores them in flour and fry in vegetable oil.

In a roasting pan, put fried potatoes on top of fried meatballs, pour all the tomato juice and stew until ready. When serving, sprinkle the roast with parsley.
