Cooking
Prepare your ingredients. Shrimp defrosts and clean. Squeezing lemon juice. Avocado cut in half, extracted the seeds, peel and cut into cubes. Avocados should be sprinkled with 1/3 part lemon juice and mix gently.
Eggs lightly whisk with a fork.
Add the parsley, salt, pepper and remaining lemon juice. Stir.
In a pan melt the butter and pour the clear mixture. Fry the omelette on medium heat, lifting edges with spatula and tilting the pan so that the liquid leaking at the bottom.
When the omelet privatise, but the top is still watery, spread on one half of the avocado and shrimp.
Cover with the second half with blades. That is, we get a folded omelet. Continue to cook for another minute or two. Shift from the pan onto a plate and sprinkle with herbs as desired.
