Meatballs with olives and Fetaki
More meatballs - good and different!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Bread pour milk, leave for 15 minutes.

Crank meat grinder with onions and wrung out bread.

Olives cut into slices, bacon and Fetaki – small cubes.

The stuffing to put olives, bacon, egg and Fetaki. Season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper. All mix well.

From the resulting mass sculpt round meatballs the size of a walnut. Fry in vegetable oil, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown.
