Cooking
In a bowl put the semolina, poured water and left for 30 minutes to swell. Then sifted the flour, poured oil, sprinkled powdered sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar. The dough is well mixed and left for 15 minutes on the table.
Cells silicone mold smeared with butter and filled them to half with dough.
In the center of the cells put a tablespoon of jam.
The form put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
The muffins baked for 25 minutes.
Muffins easily removed from the cells by pushing on the bottom. Cooled down sprinkle them with icing sugar. The muffins are very soft, loose and moderately sweet.
