Cooking
Potatoes clean, wash and boil.
Boiled potatoes are grated, mixed with flour, egg yolks, sour cream and a pinch of salt.
Him sculpt small rollers, the size of a finger, the pre-dredge hands with flour (otherwise the sauce will be smeared)
Cushions boil in salted water until they float. Put in a colander to cool.
Cabbage drain in a colander, squeeze.
Cut the ham into squares.
In a large pan, brown potato "fingers" in sunflower oil.
To them add the ham, fry for 2 minutes.
Put in sauce pan the cabbage and simmer together for 5 minutes.
At the end sprinkle with chopped parsley, and here it is - our dish!
