Boneless chicken

  • Cheese

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cream

With a sharp knife to cut the carcass along the breast, carefully separate the meat from the bones. In the legs the same meat cut with a knife from the bone and cut the bone. RUB the chicken with spices and garlic. On the prepared carcass to make some raw carrots

Mushrooms and onions sauté, add cream or sour cream, spices, salt and lay on top of the carrots
