Baghrir Moroccan
Baghrir - traditional Moroccan pancakes. When cooking a lot of interesting things, not peculiar to the preparation of our traditional pancakes. Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Semolina

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

  • Leavening agent

  • Salt

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all the dry ingredients. I use instant dry yeast SAF-MOMENT.

In warm milk add the yolks, oil and mix.

Combine mixtures, stir well. Cover and let stand 40 minutes.

COLD pan brush with oil.

Butter room temperature, mix with honey. Whisk.

Spoon into the pan lay out the pancakes and fry them on ONE side.
