Muffins with bulgur
Offer to bake a delicious savoury muffins for a morning Cup of coffee, and on the festive table they are a great alternative to bread.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

To cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. I used millet TM Mistral.

Egg whisk, add milk and vegetable oil. Mix well. Add turmeric and thyme, mix well. If possible, it is better to use fresh.

To egg mixture add the cooled bulgur.

In a separate bowl sift the flour, salt and baking powder. To combine liquid mixture with flour, mix well.

Tins to fill 2/3 of the dough, sprinkle sesame seeds, place in preheated to 190 deg oven for 30-35 minutes.
