Dorado baked with vegetables
This is my favorite recipe of sea bream, in the same way can be prepared and other types of fresh sea fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Bacon

    2 slice

Cooking

At the bottom of the pan pour a little olive oil, spread onion rings, garlic cut into thin slices.

Stacked on top of cleaned and pre-salted fish, it make 2 cuts, put a couple of plates of garlic. Around the fish put sliced tomato rings, semi-rings of pepper. All pour on some more olive oil and fish additionally lemon juice.

Optionally put a couple of slices of thin bacon, I put beef jerky

Put into the oven (200 degrees), the fish is prepared okay, but I still, after 20 minutes hanging around the fish frozen potato semi-products for the fries, and bake another 20 minutes, this in order to save time on the cooking side dish, and the potatoes soaked in juice on fish and vegetables, well, very tasty.
