Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and put first a layer of potatoes, thinly sliced, and a layer of zucchini (if zucchini seeds have already appeared, their cut). Season with a little salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix the sausage and peppers, sliced into thin strips, half the cheese, grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped greens.
The mixture is spread evenly over zucchini and top cover thin slices of tomato.
The top to fill the remaining layer of grated cheese. In a separate bowl mix the egg, mayonnaise and milk, beat slightly, add salt and pepper to taste and gently pour over the entire surface of casserole.
To put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown.
