Vegetable casserole with smoked sausage
Juicy casserole with a flavor of smoke and aroma of herbs

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sausage

    250 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and put first a layer of potatoes, thinly sliced, and a layer of zucchini (if zucchini seeds have already appeared, their cut). Season with a little salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix the sausage and peppers, sliced into thin strips, half the cheese, grated on a coarse grater and finely chopped greens.
