Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Prepared poultry meat cut into pieces a La carte.

Prunes soak in water for 10-15 minutes.

Pepper paprika cut into strips, mix with cut slices of garlic and saute in vegetable oil until soft.

The chicken pieces RUB salt and fry in another pan without oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

The remaining after frying the chicken fat, saute onions.

In a saucepan, mix the browned pepper, garlic and onion.

Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer in a preheated oven at 150*C for about 35-40 minutes. Plums and raisins are soft - a sign of ready meals.
