Cooking
Prepare the products. Cabbage finely chop. Turn on the oven.
Cabbage put in a bowl. Add salt and sugar.
Lightly crush with hands.
In a heated pan pour vegetable oil and put the cabbage. Fry for 7-10 minutes.
While fried cabbage, prepare the dough for the pie. In a Cup of sifted flour. Add the butter, salt, sugar, baking powder. Measure out the required amount of oatmeal.
Grind the ingredients to a state of crumbs.
Add to the dough, crumb, egg and milk.
Mix well. The dough is ready.
In form, the laid parchment, pour half of the batter. Shape diameter = 20 cm
Spread over the dough fried cabbage.
On top of the cabbage, pour the remaining dough.
Put the form in preheated oven. Bake 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
