Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Oat flakes

    70 g

  • Rye flour

    60 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Fenugreek

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in the water.

In a bowl sift both kinds of flour, adding oatmeal, fenugreek, ginger, sugar, salt and butter. Knead the dough.

Knead the dough until no longer stick to the hands and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Coming up the dough a couple of times obtinem, spread in a greased form and set in warm for 30 minutes for proofing.

With approaching of the test, remove the foil, put in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 35-55 minutes depending on the thickness of Your bread shapes.
