Cake with walnuts
Wonderful cake with sweet dryish crumb and a pronounced creamy nutty flavor. With a Cup of strong morning coffee - very tasty. Recipe Yulia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Nuts divide into two equal parts. One grind in a coffee grinder or scroll through a meat grinder, another large chop. the softened butter beat with sugar and add the finely ground nuts.

Separate the yolks from the whites and add them in I butter - nut mass. Stir.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and chopped nuts. Knead dough. It would be pretty cool.

Proteins whisk in the stable foam and gently add to the dough in three or four doses. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender, about 40-45 minutes. Serve with berries, garnish with mint.
